KINGSTON – A Kingston man is in the Ulster County Jail without bail after he was arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine.
Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 9W for a traffic violation on Wednesday evening. Investigation revealed the driver, Fredrick Weemes, 55, was in possession of cocaine.
Police impounded his 2007 BMW.
