NEWBURGH – A man wanted on federal charges was taken into custody
by the FBI Wednesday morning as agents conducted a raid at 710 Broadway
in Newburgh.
An eyewitness told MidHudsonNews.com that several black vans and dozens
of agents wearing FBI vests swooped down on the scene before 7 a.m.
The nearby resident reported hearing a loud boom as the agents were about
to enter the apartment.
The FBI has not returned a call for comment at this point.
