KINGSTON – A Kingston man is under arrest for allegedly reaching in the window of a vehicle parked near the intersection of Broadway and Franklin Street in Kingston and fondling a four-year-old girl.
City Police arrested Juan Saqui, 33, at the scene. He was charged with the felony of sexual abuse and misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and false personation.
The incident is alleged to have occurred on Monday, September 5.
