Fatal crash shuts down Rt. 17 at exit 112

Rt. 17 westbound shut down because of fatal crash

WURTSBORO – A crash between a car and tractor-trailer has claimed
one life, State Police said.

The mid-morning accident on Route 17 shut down the highway westbound while
a reconstruction unit investigates.

Fire and ambulance services were at the scene to provide EMS personnel
were assisting at the scene as well.
