Ulster paving contractor arrested

KINGSTON – A Kingston man, who is a paving contractor, has been arrested on charges of grand larceny and fraud, both as felonies, on complaints to the District Attorney’s Office of Consumer Affairs.
The complaints against Thomas Carpino, 48, involved consumers paying for driveway paving work that was never done.
Carpino was arrested in Kingston and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
