KINGSTON – A Hurley man has been arrested on a charge of possession of a sexual performance of a child as a felony.
State Police executed a search warrant at the residence of David Graham, 61, and seized a computer and related equipment he used to possess and share child pornography files over the Internet. Graham was released on an appearance ticket to Hurley Town Court at a later date.
The case was investigated by the Troop F State Police Computer Crimes Unit and State Police at Kingston.
