When open, Montreign may draw workers from throughout
the Hudson Valley

GOSHEN – Orange County residents can expect to fill many of the up to 2,000 full-time, part-time and seasonal jobs developers say the project will provide when the Montreign Casino and Adelaar complex are built in Kiamesha Lake.
Many may find it difficult to get to the Sullivan County venue so Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus is working on a plan to make getting there easier.
“We have already been talking and working with Coach USA, as well as the casino. Coach USA now has its headquarters in Chester and we are working aggressively with having a shuttle that will bring them from maybe, the three cities, or some other big areas, where people can park their cars, and cover the three shifts at Montreign,” Neuhaus said.
The casino itself is expected to be up and running in less than two years.
