KINGSTON – A Kingston man was charged on Tuesday with rape for allegedly having sex with a minor, a 16-year-old-girl.
Hector Lopez, 29, was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation by the Kingston Police Department’s Detective Division and Special Investigations Unit. Police allege Lopez sent inappropriate photos to the victim.
Lopez was being held on Tuesday pending arraignment in Kingston City Court.
