PHILADELPHIA – Former Orange County Democratic Party Chairman Jonathan
Jacobson is in Philadelphia and he said day one of the national convention
was a major success.
“What we saw was a coming together of a great party and showing tremendous
differences with the Donald Trump Republican Party,” Jacobson said.
“As Hillary Clinton’s slogan is, ‘stronger together,’
the Democratic Party now is stronger together.”
Jacobson said with Clinton as president, the country will be stronger together
“and much better for the future.”
Jacobson also had praise for Bernie Sanders for urging his supporters to
back Clinton.
