Ulster woman accused of falsifying business records

CATSKILL – A Shandaken woman has been arrested for allegedly altering paperwork that had been submitted to a public office in the Village of Catskill.      
Tonya DelCastillo, 42, allegedly submitted forms knowing they had been altered.  As a result she was charged with three counts of falsifying business records as felonies, and three counts of offering a false instrument for filing as misdemeanors.
DelCastillo was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
