Two men who burglarized Verplanck Italian-American Club sought

CORTLANDT – State Police are attempting to identify two men who are wanted for questioning in the burglary of the Italian-American Club at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Society in Verplanck.
Police said that on Saturday, July 16, two men forcibly entered the facility on Highland Avenue and stole an undetermined amount of cash and several cans of beer from the club.    
The suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts that had distinct patterns. They also used a backpack that had an elaborate design.
Anyone with information about the break in or the identity of the two suspects is asked to call Investigator Timothy Miller at 914-788-8044. All calls will be kept confidential.
