ATM skimmer found in Ulster

TOWN OF ULSTER – An ATM skimming complaint is under investigation by the Ulster Town Police Department.
A complaint was filed involving an incident at the Rondout Savings Bank on Sunday, June 26.
The skimming device was attached to the key pad at about 2 p.m. by a tall, thin, white man, wearing a navy blue “puffy” vest, a black, white and red FILA truckers’ ball cap.
The police are seeking assistance from the public in an attempt to identify the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call the Detective Division of the Ulster Police Department at 845-382-1111.
The department said persons should be aware of anything that appears unusual when using an ATM.
