KINDERHOOK – A man who is in the Columbia County Jail on a murder charged in connection with the homicide investigation of his wife late last year, has now been charged with rape.
State Police working with the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office arrested David Agan, Jr., of Valatie on Tuesday. He was charged with felony rape for having sex with a person under the age of 17. He was arraigned and returned to the county jail.
