KINGSTON – A Kingston man faces three to six years in state prison when sentenced in August in connection with his guilty plea in Ulster County Court on Friday to one count of forgery.
The case against Seth Young, 42, arose in November 2015. Kingston Police received several reports of car thefts in the city.  On November 28, police arrested Young, who matched descriptions provided by victims.  Young allegedly used one of the credit cards stolen from one of the cars to buy $180 in liquor from a local store.
The grand jury indicted Young for forging the credit card receipt as well as possessing two stolen credit cards.
