KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested on Thursday after he allegedly sold heroin and Lorazepam to undercover officers of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team.
URGENT officers arrested Stephen Beesmer, 40, at his residence in Kingston and charged him with felonies of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance. He is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
