Blaze destroys Washingtonville home

WASHINGTONVILLE – An early morning fire on Sunday gutted a house
on Route 208 near Twin Arch Road in the Washingtonville Fire District.

All residents escaped unharmed.

The cause is the three-alarm blaze is under investigation.

Several area fire departments fought the 2:30 a.m. fire for several hours.
