POUGHKEEPSIE – The Duchess County Drug Task Force arrested a Poughkeepsie man following the execution of a search warrant at 19 South Clinton Street in the City of Poughkeepsie.
Ernest Seymour, Jr., 33, who lived at that address, was the target of the investigation. Police seized heroin, prescription pills, phencyclidine (PCP) and a .40 caliber handgun.
Seymour was charged with felony possession of a weapon and was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending, police said.
