TOWN OF WALLKILL – State Police arrested a Wawayanda man on charges that he was paid for construction work, which he never performed at two clients’ homes.
Two homeowners, one in the Town of Wallkill and the other in the Town of Chester, reported that Kenneth Dubner had collected a total of $15,875 for work that was never performed.
Dubner, 52, was charged on June 1 with two counts of grand larceny. He was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of bail pending a future court appearance.
