KINGSTON – Police in the City of Kingston and Town of Ulster arrested two people in connection with a joint investigation into heroin and cocaine sales and possession in both communities.
Arrested were Joshua Gohl, 31, and Jean Figueroa, 51, both of Catskill. They were arrested in the area of Washington Avenue and Sawkill Road in Kingston.
Gohl was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy and resisting arrest. Figueroa was charged with conspiracy. Police said Gohl has both cocaine and heroin on him at the time of his arrest last Wednesday.
