Second man arraigned in ambush murder

WHITE PLAINS – The second man believed to have been involved in an April 17 killing of a man in White Plains was arraigned in Westchester County court on Friday.
Aaron George, 21, was indicted on one charge of murder, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of tampering with physical evidence, all as felonies in connect with the shooting death of Dominique Hospie.
George is accused of firing a handgun at the victim several times, hitting him. Hospie died later in the hospital.  After the shooting, George got back into his vehicle driven by his co-defendant, Michael Djukic, and they drove away.
Bail was set at $500,000 cash or bond. If convicted, George faces up to 15 years to life in prison.
On Wednesday, Djukic was arraigned on charges of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal facilitation, tampering with physical evidence and hindering the prosecution, all as felonies.
