New Windsor woman charged with possession of drugs, hypodermic needles

MONROE – A New Windsor woman was arrested Thursday night, April 21 in Monroe and charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on Freeland Street.
Caitlyn Imperial-Rogers, 27, was found in possession of 19 bags of heroin and Suboxone and 17 hypodermic needles.  She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and three vehicle and traffic violations.
Imperial-Rogers was turned over to Town of Newburgh Police who had an active arrest warrant for her.
