TOWN OF WALLKILL – Four men who approached a female undercover state trooper seeking sex for money have been arrested.
Richard Neena, 57, of Monroe; Shawn Scandell, 45, of Crawford; and Pedro Moran, 46, of Middletown were all charged with patronizing a prostitute and issued appearance tickets. Neena was also charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol.
A fourth man, Jaquan Alexander, 19, of Middletown, was charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and patronizing a prostitute after he offered the undercover trooper crack cocaine in exchange for sex. He was committed to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
