Sime
FISHKILL – A 43-year-old Brooklyn woman has been arrested when
she entered Fishkill Correctional Facility to visit an inmate while in
possession of numerous prescription pills.
Rachel Sime was charged by State Police with promoting prison contraband
as a felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Sime was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of
$2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
