STEWART AIRPORT – Allegiant Travel Company is adding flights from
Stewart Airport to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Seasonal service will begin on June 16. The airline currently flies nonstop
to Tampa/St. Pete, Florida from the Newburgh area airport.

Known as the “Seaside Golf Capital of the World,” Myrtle Beach
is in South Carolina’s Grand Strand, known for world-class golf
and sandy beaches.

The flights will operate twice weekly and will offer one-way fares for
as low as $44.

“With Allegiant’s new flight service, we offer new opportunities
for tourism, business and economic development,” said Stewart General
Manager Ed Harrison.

Allegiant is noted for partnering with hotels, car rental services and
attractions in their service areas.

As part of a “$1 Million Summer” campaign, Allegiant is going
to give away $1 million in airfare now through the end of the summer including
a refund for the first round trip airfare for the first 22 travelers to
book their flights on the new Stewart-Myrtle Beacon route.
