KINGSTON – A Kingston man is being held in the Ulster County Jail without bail after his arrest on drug charges.
Kingston City and Town of Ulster Police arrested Demetri Boler, 34, after they observed Boler selling crack cocaine in the area of Foxhall and Albany avenues. When arrested, police found him in possession of additional crack cocaine.
Boler was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
