Warrant search leads to drug arrest in Newburgh

NEWBURGH – A warrant search at an apartment at 79 Courtney Avenue in Newburgh on Thursday resulted in the arrest of the resident there.
The City Police Department’s Narcotics Unit charged James Lennon, 61, with four felony counts of narcotics possession, two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one count of marijuana possession.
Investigators seized 45 grams of crack cocaine, 496 glassine envelopes of heroin, 15 grams of marijuana, and $969 in cash.
