Vulnerable adult missing from Middletown Community Campus

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police have issued a missing vulnerable adult alert, looking for a resident of the Rockland Psychiatric Center’s Middletown Community Campus.
On Wednesday, February 17, the facility reported that resident Colleen Frankie Hanley, 42, was missing and last seen at the center at 45 Ashley Avenue at noon on February 16.  Police said she may still be in the local area or may have traveled to Queens.       
She has been a resident at the facility for several months and is bi-polar and schizophrenic. Police said she may be in need of medical attention, may have violent tendencies and may be suicidal.
Hanley is five feet, six inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. She has a Pisces tattoo on her left wrist and unknown tattoos on her right ankle, left arm and shoulder.
Wallkill Police are being assisted in their investigation by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Middletown City Police and State Police.
