Two Kingston men charged with drug possession

KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston have arrested two local men on charges of drug possession after an investigation into complaints of narcotics activity going on at 23 John Street.
Special Investigations Unit detectives made contact with Dennis Thomas, 40, and Ernest Cade, 55, regarding the complaint.
Thomas was found in possession of suspected heroin and Cade was found in possession of suspected crack cocaine. Both men were charged with misdemeanor drug possession and issued appearance tickets returnable to city court.
