Albany man arrested on Thruway with seven pounds of pot and cash

CORNWALL – An Albany man is in the Orange County Jail following
his arrest on the Thruway early Sunday morning on drug charges.
Clarence Wright, 59, was stopped for speeding and was found in possession of seven pounds of marijuana, cannabis candy, several varieties of vapor cartridges and a large amount of cash.
Wright was charged with criminal possession of marijuana as a felony, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding.    Bail was set at $10,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
