NJ man arrested for possession of PCP

HARRIMAN – A Paterson, New Jersey man has been arrested following a traffic stop on Maher Lane in the Village of Harriman.
State Police at Monroe charged Matthew Liebermann, 30, with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs.  When he was stopped, troopers found he was in possession of PCP.
Liebermann was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
