SAUGERTIES – Police are investigating the discovery on Saturday of
a 58-year-old man’s body in the basement of the old Dragon Inn restaurant
at 149 Burt Street in the Village of Saugerties.
Police Chief Joseph Sinagra said they are continuing their investigation
along with the State Police Forensic Unit although preliminary indications
are that the death was non-criminal in nature.
The identity of the man is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
