NEW CITY – A Spring Valley
man was sentenced on Wednesday in Rockland County Court to two to four
years in state prison for the crime of criminal contempt.
District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said on December 12, 2014 at 94 North
Main Street in Spring Valley, Edwin Thezan, 27, was involved with another
person engaging in physical contact in violation of an order of protection
to which Thezan was aware.
Thezan was found guilty of criminal contempt in August 2015.
