HUDSON – A Norwalk, CT man is in the Columbia County Jail following his arrest on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
Columbia County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by Jaime Jimenez-Gordillo, 50, on Route 22 in the Town of Copake for a traffic infraction when it was learned he was wanted by authorities in Miami-Dade County, Florida on a sexual battery charge.
Jimenez-Gordillo is being held without bail pending extradition proceedings back to Florida.
