ALBANY – Over two dozen public authorities in the Hudson Valley have failed to file their annual reports and audit reports within 90 days of the fiscal year-end in accordance with state law.
The Authorities Budget Office has the authorized to “publically warn and censure authorities for non-compliance.
Authorities cited for failing to file include:
