WHITE PLAINS – Former TV producer Jason Alexander of Dobbs Ferry plead guilty in Westchester County Court on Tuesday to child pornography charges.
Alexander, 51, pled to charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, both as felonies.
On July 24, 2015 an investigator from the Westchester District Attorney’s Office downloaded child pornography from an IP address in the county. An investigation determined that IP address was assigned to Alexander’s home address.   A warrant search revealed digital computer files of children under the age of 16 engaged in child pornography.
When sentenced in May, Alexander faces up to seven years in state prison.
