WAPPINGER – State Police are investigating an identity theft case involving fraudulent credit card purchases at Best Buy stores in Poughkeepsie and the Town of Wallkill.
In late December 2015, the victim’s Best Buy credit card account number was used to purchase over $3,700 in merchandise.
Troopers are seeking the public’s assistance to help identify the subject wanted for questioning.
