MID-HUDSON – The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Orange and Putnam counties from 7 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. on Saturday due to light freezing rain and drizzle expected. Some mix of sleet and snow is also possible.
Accumulations are expected to be a trace of ice.
Temperatures will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s.
The weather service advises drivers to be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities and to use caution while driving.
