DOVER PLAINS – State Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify skeletal remains found in a wooded area in the Town of Amenia back on May 19, 2002. The remains were found south of Silo Ridge Golf Course off Route 22.
An investigation determined the remains are that or an adult white man, five feet, six inches tall, with possibly dark or graying hair, 40 to 42 inch waist and possibly of South American descent.  The man was found to have gold-shell bridge dental work.
