TOWN OF WALLKILL – A nine-year-old
City of Middletown girl has been arrested and charged with making a terroristic
threat and aggravated harassment for allegedly calling Maple Hill Elementary
School in the Town of Wallkill and leaving a threatening message to harm
children.
The call was made in the morning of December 26, 2015 stating harm would
be done to children as they returned to school on January 4.
A police investigation led to the arrest of the girl early on Monday afternoon,
January 4.
The child was released to a guardian after being issued an appearance
ticket to appear in Orange County Family Court.
