Kipp
STANFORD – State Police arrested a Stanford man on a charge of predatory sexual assault against a child as a felony.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred in the Town of Stanford where it is alleged that Jesse Kipp, 21, had sexual contact with a 2-year-old child.
Kipp was placed in the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
