HYDE PARK – State Police
have released the names of the two people who were injured when an awning
they were sitting under broke loose from a house and fell on top of them.
It is believed the weight of snow on the covering caused it to collapse.

Injured in the accident on Violet Hill Road in Hyde Park were Jean-Luc
Botbol, 71, of Clinton, and Judy Fein, 69, of Rhinebeck.

Fein was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie with
a leg injury. Botbol was transported to Northern Dutchess Hospital in
Rhinebeck and later transported to Albany Medical Center by Mobile Life
Support Services, where he was listed on Thursday in stable, but serious
condition.
