MONTICELLO – Empire Resorts, the company that will build the region’s only Las Vegas-style casino, will hold two informational sessions on Tuesday, January 12 for contractors and vendors interested in providing services or supplies for Montreign Resort Casino.
Sub-contracting and vendor opportunities as well as the pre-qualification process will be discussed at 10 a.m. at the Sullivan County Government Center in Monticello and at 2 p.m. at the Orange County 911 Center in Goshen.
“This project is an extraordinary opportunity for contractors and vendors throughout the Hudson Valley,” said Empire Resorts’ Executive Vice President Charles Degliomini. “Montreign is a project of regional significance and this is a key time for local companies to connect with us so they can benefit from this opportunity.”
Montreign will be an 18-story casino, hotel and entertainment complex featuring a 90,000 square foot casino, 332 hotel rooms, and several dining and entertainment options.
It will be built with a project labor agreement at the site of the former Concord Hotel in Kiamesha Lake.
