SAUGERTIES – A Brooklyn man is in the Ulster County Jail without bail on a charge of criminal sex act as a felony and misdemeanor harassment following an incident on Sunday morning.
Saugerties Police said Marcus Leveine, 45, was charged following a domestic dispute at the Hickory Ridge Apartments. Police were called at 2 a.m. and learned the argument erupted after Leveine allegedly sexually assaulted a female there.
Police are continuing their investigation and additional charges are pending.
