STONY POINT – A Stony Point man was arrested on charges that he attacked another man with an aluminum baseball bat, inflicting injuries to him.
The victim was delivering bread to Tony’s Pizza in front of 146 North Liberty Street in Stony Point on Tuesday. Stony Point Police said the attack was unprovoked.
Joseph Rastelli, 23, was charged with felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
The victim was treated for injuries.
