Pleasant Valley woman charged with stealing cash and scratch-off lotto tickets from her employer

PLEASANT VALLEY – A Pleasant Valley woman is in the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond after she was charged with felony grand larceny.
Laura Ann Bednarczuk, 21, worked at Brennan’s Supermarket in Pleasant valley where she reportedly stole over $3,000 in cash and scratch-off lotto tickets between March and September.  State Police were called to the store in September. On December 19, Bednarczuk was arrested.
