TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE –
As part of the investigation into a crash that resulted in the death of
a pedestrian, the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office would like to
speak with anyone who may have been in the area near the time of the incident.
Randall Housey was killed as he walked on Spackenkill Road near Millbank
Road in the Town of Poughkeepsie at about 9 p.m. on November 28.
