KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested two Kingston men following an investigation into the sales of heroin.
Detectives executed a search warrant at 95 1st Avenue in Kingston Tuesday evening where they seized heroin, diverted pharmaceuticals, a shotgun and cash.
Both Preston Brown, 53, and Joshua Mann, 25, were arrested at the scene.
Brown was later charged with felonies of criminal sale and possession
of a controlled substance as felonies, misdemeanor possession of controlled
substances, tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of
a weapon. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Mann was charged with misdemeanor drug possession and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kingston City Court.
