Two arrested for three strong-arm robberies

POUGHKEEPSIE – City Police in Poughkeepsie arrested two people in connection with three strong-arm robberies that occurred within minutes of each other shortly after midnight on Wednesday morning.
A short time after the third incident, a witness called reporting the suspects were in the vicinity of Main and White Streets. Officers responded with one of the victims who identified Kyle Loucks, 29, of the Town of Poughkeepsie and Jazman Williams, 28, of the City of Poughkeepsie as being the two who robbed him.  Both were charged with one count of felony robbery and misdemeanor assault.
The investigation is continuing. Anyone who may have witnessed any of these robberies is asked to the City of Poughkeepsie Police Tip Line at 845-451-7577.
