KINGSTON –
City Police in Kingston have arrested a Palenville man on charges of DWI
and aggravated driving while intoxicated after he was spotted driving
a pickup truck down the sidewalk in the Downtown area.
Witnesses called police to report the situation and officers found the
truck matching the description traveling up lower Broadway.
It was stopped near Garraghan Drive and the driver, Robert
Baker, 49, was found to be intoxicated.
