NEWBURGH – A child taking a bath narrowly missing being struck by a bullet that went through her apartment wall and struck a bathroom mirror. There were no injuries reported and no suspects have been identified.
Newburgh Police are investigating the 7:20 p.m. incident Thursday when
they investigated a report of shots fired in the area of South and Chambers
streets. Detectives were able to recover the bullet.
